It is possible carrying out any kind of subject matter and/or
name search both among National and International or Community
Designs; searches are carried out employing the most updated free
and payment data bases presently available.
However, limits to the searches exist, relevant to updating of
data bases, or of other type (e.g. due to the Unregistered Community
Deigns, or to the 12 month grace period provided by Community
design Regulation), that must be individuated case by case, and
that can make the result of the search not completely reliable.
