A copy of the Decision to Grant (EPO Form 2006), the date of
which establishes the term for filing the Italian translation
and the first annuity to be paid at the Italian Patent and Trademark
Office, as well as the date from which the effects of the Italian
section of the European Patent start. The term for filing the
Italian translation is "three months as from the date of
publication of the Mention of Grant of the European Patent".
The first annuity to be paid at the Italian Patent and Trademark
Office is the one due after said publication date.
