First filing to the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market
(OHIM).

17, 2002)
The Implementing Council Regulation on Community designs has
been published.
It will be possible to file patent applications with the OHIM
since April 1, 2003, but the aforementioned Office will start
accepting applications since January, 1, 2003.
However, the filing date of April 1, 2003 will be assigned to
all the Patent Applications filed between January 1, 2003 and
March, 31, 2003.
