Prior Art Search
On December 12, 2007, Administrative Counsil of EPO approved
the working Agreement between European Patent Office and Italia
Patent and Trademark Office for preparation by EPO of the prior
art search on national Italian Patent Applications filed in Italy,
to which a written opinion will be enclosed.
The Agreement will enter into force on July 1, 2008.
