Law no. 106 of April 15, 2004 - "Laws relative to the legal
filing of documents of cultural interest for public use".
The implementing regulation for the above law has been
published.
The regulation (Decree of the President of the Republic of May
3, 2006, n. 252) defines which documents are subject to the legal
obligation to file pursuant to Law no. 106, determining the deadlines
and procedures in relation thereto.
