Procedure of reassignment of the domain name "dupont.it" subject to opposition proceedings
By a favourable decision rendered on June 17, 2008 the domain name dupont.it has been sucessfully transferred to Du Pont The Decision is based, in particular, on:
- the worldwide renown of the DuPont ® trademarks;
- the bad faith of the respondent, demonstrated by the fact that he could not have been unaware of DuPont ® and that he simply exploited the mark, via a parking page on the corresponding website, for commercial purposes.
