JANUARY 31 2005 - Legislative Decree no.7/2005
On January 31, 2005, Legislative Decree no.7/2005 was published
in the Official Gazette; this decree provides for increases in
the stamp duty and government taxes on the filing and maintenance
of intellectual property rights (Patents, Models and Trademarks)
of around 30%.
