Implementing Regulation
to the Italian Industrial Property Code
The Italian Decree 13th January 2010 No. 33 published
on the Italian Official Gazette No. 56, Ordinary Supplement No.
48/L has promulgated the Implementing Regulation to the Italian
Industrial Property Code.
The publication of the Implementing Regulation will finally make
it possible to start the administrative opposition to the grant
of trademarks.
Nevertheless the roll-out of this long waited proceeding will
still be subject to the creation of an Official Bulletin for the
publication of Trademarks.
